This week's rental is a fabulous townhouse in S. Philly, PA.  There are two rooms that are available for rent in this townhouse with one being a second story Master Bedroom and the other being a 3rd floor loft with access to a two story roof top deck.  Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, access to washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space with pergola.  Centrally located to enjoy the best that Philly has to offer either on foot, bike or a short subway ride.  Rates start at a very reasonable $75 a night.  This would be a great way to enjoy Philadelphia and meet some really nice locals.  For additional information and reservations, click here.
